Yep. Marth is the hall monitor...he loves to flaunt roses around, and the guy just has to enforce the 'non-cross-dressing code'...which I'm sure he's broken before, with that tiara of his. xD

BTW. Fireworks for 4th of July were excellent...but I can't say much for the over patriotism. Ah well, what am I to say? It was a great display. Though the last part nearly blinded and deafned me... and I swear that around five airplanes passed by...all of which were probably doing some sort of test under pressure, xD
